PicklePoint ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PicklePoint tournament management platform, accessible at picklepointpb.com and associated applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using PicklePoint, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

• Profile information: player rating, skill level, team affiliations, and profile photo
• Tournament and match data: registrations, scores, bracket results, and statistics

• If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as permitted by your Google account settings
• Payment processors may share transaction confirmation data (we do not store full payment card details)

• Operate tournament brackets, real-time scoring, and match management features
• Calculate and display player ratings and performance statistics
• Send transactional communications (e.g., registration confirmations, match results)

• Improve and personalise the Service based on usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Tournament organizers: If you participate in a tournament, the organiser and referees may see your name, team, and match results
• Other participants: Leaderboards and match results may be visible to other authenticated users within the platform
• Legal authorities: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of PicklePoint or others
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We may retain certain data for a limited period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
