These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and PicklePoint ("PicklePoint", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the PicklePoint platform, website at picklepointpb.com, and all related applications and services (collectively, the "Service").
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and use the Service. By using PicklePoint, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

PicklePoint supports multiple user roles, including Organizer, Referee, Captain, and Spectator. Each role carries specific permissions within the platform:
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
Match scores and tournament results entered into the Service are considered final once confirmed by the designated Referee or Organizer for that event, unless a formal dispute is submitted within the dispute window specified by the Organizer.
PicklePoint stores match data, player statistics, and skill ratings generated through the platform. This data may be used to compute player ratings and displayed on leaderboards visible to other authenticated users of the Service.
All content, features, trademarks, logos, and technology on the PicklePoint platform are the property of PicklePoint or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
By submitting content to the Service (including profile information, team names, or tournament details), you grant PicklePoint a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Certain features of the Service are offered under paid subscription plans or per-event fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Google for authentication). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. PicklePoint is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PICKLEPOINT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PicklePoint and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@picklepointpb.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PicklePoint is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you via email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
